Who We Are Looking For
A daycare teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children (infants through preschool age). The teacher plans and implements daily activities that support children’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth. This role also involves observing and documenting children’s progress, communicating with families, and maintaining a clean and stimulating classroom space.

Children need adults who understand their feelings and respond with kindness. Being empathetic helps build trust and supports children’s emotional development.
Experience with Young Children
Children are still learning how to communicate, manage emotions, and follow directions. Working with them requires staying calm, giving clear guidance, and understanding that mistakes are part of learning

Working with children can be physically and mentally active. Having a positive attitude and energy helps create a fun, encouraging environment where children feel safe and motivated.
