Some things to expect your child’s first week
Meeting New People
They’ll meet their teachers and lots of new children. It may take a few days to learn names and feel comfortable, and that’s completely normal.
Lots of Play and Activities
Expect hands-on fun like art projects, story time, music, building blocks, pretend play, and outdoor play. These activities help children learn and make friends.
Learning a New Routine
Daycare typically follows a daily schedule (circle time, playtime, snacks, naps, outdoor time). It might feel different from home, but children usually adjust quickly once they understand what comes next.
Big Feelings (and Reassurance!)
It’s common for children to feel shy, excited, nervous, or even sad at drop-off. Teachers are used to helping children through these feelings and will provide comfort and encouragement.

How to Enroll My Child
After your tour, complete the enrollment application and submit the required enrollment fee. This secures your child’s spot in our program and allows us to begin preparing for their start date.
Step 1: Schedule In-Person or Virtual Tour
Begin by scheduling an in-person or virtual tour of our daycare. This gives you the opportunity to meet our staff, explore the classrooms, learn about our curriculum, and ask any questions about your child’s care and development.
Step 2: Enrollment + Application
Welcome to your child’s first day! Bring any required documents, comfort items, and labeled belongings. Our team will be ready to greet your family and help make the transition smooth, positive, and exciting for your child.
Step 3: Parent Orientation
Before your child’s first day, complete the required online parent orientation. This orientation provides important information about policies, daily routines, communication procedures, health and safety guidelines, and what to expect during your child’s transition
